Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal information collected through quantius.ai and its campaign pages. Our applications at leo, bill, tiger and vault.quantius.ai have their own policies. Client data processed under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.

When you submit a form, we collect what you enter — name, email address, company, and for pilot requests your role, the state and county of the records, document volume, formats and any notes. We also record your IP address, browser type, the time of submission, and, if you arrived from one of our emails, which email it was.

When you take up a pilot, you upload recorded county documents to a private SFTP account. Those public records contain the names of parties to each instrument. We process them only to index them and return the results to you, hold them in a directory accessible only to your account and our authorised staff, do not use them to train models, and delete them and the account when the pilot is complete.

We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our web server keeps no access logs for quantius.ai. Because we do not track visitors, Do Not Track signals have no effect on how the site behaves.

To respond to you, deliver a pilot if you request one, keep a record of enquiries, and prevent spam. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Hostinger hosts our server in the United States and provides our email. It may not use your information for its own purposes.

Form submissions for 36 months, deleted automatically. Pilot documents until the pilot is complete. Records connected to an active client relationship may be kept longer under the client agreement.

Traffic to the site and pilot uploads are encrypted. Our database is not reachable from the internet. Deletion and retention run by audited scripts.

Email email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We aim to respond within 14 days and will confirm when deletion is complete. We may need to verify your identity first.

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above, which changes only when the wording changes.
