A software company, working in two industries
Quantius LLC is a Connecticut artificial intelligence software company. We build data infrastructure for US title and land records, and for quantitative investment research.
We license software and we provide data services built on it. Leo is the platform; indexing, posting and clean-up are what we deliver with it when a client would rather receive verified data than run the software themselves. We don't operate abstractor networks, we don't sell aggregated data, and we don't manage anyone's capital. Clients own their data and reach their own conclusions; our job is to make the underlying information accurate, structured and traceable.
Two industries, one problem
Title records and quantitative research look unrelated. They aren't.
Both are industries where consequential decisions rest on fragmented, unstructured information — a century of county filings in one case, a web of macro and market relationships in the other. Both have historically relied on expert judgement applied slowly to messy data. And in both, the answer has to be defensible: a title examiner and a risk committee each need to see why, not just what.
That shared shape is why a single foundation — AI extraction, normalisation, quality management and explainable analytics — serves both. It's also why generic tools underperform in each: a system that doesn't understand the domain can process the data without understanding what any of it means.

Confidence scoring flags exceptions and a person approves before anything reaches production. Automation handles volume; judgement handles the edge cases.
Your data stays yours
Clients own their records, their plants and their research. We don't aggregate client data, resell it, or train on it.
Auditable by construction
Every extracted field traces to its source page. Every analytical signal carries the chain that produced it. Lineage is a design property, not a report you generate afterwards.
