AI data infrastructure
AI built for the domain, not adapted to it.
Quantius builds data infrastructure for two industries where generic AI breaks down: US title and land records, and quantitative investment research.
Title and land records
Leo
Leo ingests batches of scanned county records and turns them into structured, searchable data. It reads instrument types, party roles and legal descriptions the way a title professional does, because it was built for those records rather than adapted from a general document model.
Trained reviewers verify and approve before anything reaches a production plant, and every field traces back to the page it came from.

Where Leo differs
Data completeness.
Data accuracy.
Data timeliness.
Most of the title data industry is built on the same three compromises: cover what you've already built, check quality after the fact, and treat every county as a fresh start. We built against each of them.
| The industry norm | Leo | |
|---|---|---|
| Coverage | The industry normLimited to the counties a vendor has already built, expanding slowly and by project. | LeoAll US counties, all states. A new county is configuration, not a build project. |
| Speed | The industry normA county plant build is a multi-month engagement. | LeoA complete, production-grade county plant database, built within a week. |
| Extraction | The industry normGeneric OCR reads the text. A person interprets everything after. | LeoPurpose-built models read instruments, party roles and legal descriptions as data — surname-first names, section-township-range, multi-party leases. |
| Quality | The industry normQuality is a spot-check once the work is done. | LeoConfidence scoring on every field, structured review gates before anything reaches production, and full lineage from source page to export. |
| Improvement | The industry normEach county starts from zero. | LeoCounty-specific rules accumulate in a central store with an audit trail. Every build improves the next. |
| Ownership | The industry normA vendor sells you access to their plant. The asset stays theirs. | LeoYou own your plant, your data and your research. We build the infrastructure; the asset is yours. |
Quantitative research
Tiger Prism
Conventional quant platforms optimise prediction from correlation. They can tell you what tends to move together; they can't tell you why a move should occur.
Tiger Prism is built around causal discovery — mapping directed relationships between macro factors, rates, volatility indices, cross-asset signals and instrument returns. Every analytical signal carries a causal chain you can inspect.
Quantius LLC is a software company. Tiger Prism is a licensed platform. Quantius does not manage, advise on, control, or have any access to client investments, portfolios, capital or financial accounts at any time. Clients load their own portfolio data, strategies and risk parameters, run their own research, and reach their own conclusions.
What Tiger Prism analyses
Illustrative only. Clients load their own instruments, set their own parameters and draw their own conclusions. Quantius does not provide investment advice.
Where Tiger Prism differs
Cause, not correlation.
Structure, not scores.
Your conclusions, not ours.
Most quantitative tooling is built on correlation, explains itself after the fact, and hands you a score. Tiger Prism is built the other way round.
| The industry norm | Tiger Prism | |
|---|---|---|
| Method | The industry normSignals derived from correlation. | Tiger PrismDirected causal structure. Every edge inspectable. |
| Explanation | The industry normAttribution after the fact. | Tiger PrismReasoning built into the structure, not added afterwards. |
| Scenarios | The industry normAnalogy to periods that looked similar. | Tiger PrismAn intervention propagated through learned structure, assumptions stated. |
| Data | The industry normAnalytics run on the vendor's data universe. | Tiger PrismAnalytics run on your instruments, your history, your factors. |
| Reports | The industry normResearch authored by the vendor, sent to you. | Tiger PrismReports generated from your parameters, exported by you. Nothing authored on your behalf. |
| Control | The industry normScores and recommendations. | Tiger PrismYour data, your parameters, your conclusions. Nothing hidden. |
Built for regulated data
Per-tenant isolation. Encryption at rest and in transit. Role-based access with full audit logging. Human review gates on every production write. GLBA and CCPA aligned — for title agents handling non-public personal information, and for investment firms handling client data.
Start with a pilot
For title and land records
Send us a sample batch from a county you're working. We'll extract it and you can judge the output against your own data.
For research and risk
Bring your own data and parameters, and we'll set up a working environment for your team to evaluate.
